The 600X5B circulating coating system is purpose-built for uniform anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating of automotive brake pads, brake shoes and similar flat or slightly curved metal friction parts. A five-axis precision closed-loop stepper drive moves the spray guns and material tables along the X, Y, Z, R and G axes, so brake pads of different sizes and profiles are coated evenly across the full 600mm x 600mm spraying range.

Paint is fed in a closed circulating loop, which keeps coating material in constant motion and delivers a stable film on every batch. Two spray guns rotate at high speed while reciprocating, and each gun dispenses paint independently, covering both the edges and the faces of the workpieces. Automatic in and out movement of the upper and lower material tables shortens loading and unloading time, keeping the line running continuously.

• Premium branded components: HIWIN guide rails, NSK bearings and Leisai motors support long-term, low-maintenance operation.
• Flexible body options: stainless steel, aluminium and steel are standard, with cold-rolled plate available as an option for different workshop conditions and budgets.
